Main responsibilities and key tasks - Analyse operational & financial data and translate these into timely, structured, standard and comprehensible reporting & analyses for both the local teams as well as the Group Operations divisional team - Control, interpret, challenge and clearly communicate these analyses to the appropriate levels within management - Set up and report on historic and planned Capex and other projects - Take an advisory role in identifying business opportunities together with the Plant Manager to be translated into financial goals and report actuals against these - Serve as a business partner, co-pilot and adviser to the Plant Manager, regional CFO and to other members of the regional leadership team in terms of Operations controlling.
Provide insight to business matters that could be related or impacted.
Contribute to the evolution, execution and delivery of the AOP.
- Provide financial support to strategic and operational decision making at Regional level - Act as owner in putting together forecasts and estimates - Deliver active financial support to strategic planning process, develop financial models and simulate multiple scenarios for business opportunities and special projects - In close collaboration with group functions, actively initiate, support and add value in continuous improvement of Ontex group and the divisional data, processes and systems - Coach and train the plant´s Controlling team on existing and newly to be implemented reports and processes.

Experiência y requisitos
- A minimum of seven years of experience within the Finance function - in a similar role (business analyst, commercial controller, business controller) or an analytical function -, with a minimum of three in a leadership role; solid trajectory within manufacturing or operations controlling areas of top companies - Experience operating in a multinational, highly matrix organization is important.
Relevant experience gained in a global FMCG corporation is a plus - A passionate, high-energy leader with a proven track record in building and motivating a team to deliver best-in-class results - Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English and Spanish are a must, knowledge of other language is a distinct plus - EDUCATION: An undergraduate degree in accounting, economic or business is required.
An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred - IT literacy, extended knowledge of excel (business model, pivot table), one or more ERP and one or more BI tool are a must, knowledge of Oracle, SAP and/or SAP-BI is a plus.
Microsoft Office skills (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
