- Supplying of general services to buildings such as electricity, air conditioning, ventilation, water heating, service automation, gas supply networks and steam generation, compressed air, through the correct execution of maintenance activities.
- Preservation of 42,000 smq of existing facility area and correct execution of maintenance activities, through the execution of maintenance plans and implementation of civil works projects, to guarantee their functionality.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of general plant services, electrical supply through the execution of maintenance plans and implementation of mechanical work projects, to guarantee their functionality for activities specific to each department.
- Projects related to the installation of the fire system, through the implementation of maintenance plans to maintain the installed networks and the technical review of new projects, to guarantee compliance with the requirements of the insurance policy and Mexican regulation.
- Providing services for production lines according to internal customer requirements, ensuring legal compliance and company requirements.

- Structured cabling in offices and production lines, to guarantee the availability of infrastructure that allows the provision of data service for all users, to comply with and follow the applicable regulations both external and internal through the monitoring of tasks of the personnel in charge.
- Supply for administration services of canteen, cleaning, gardening, locksmithing and fumigation, through monitoring the tasks of the personnel under their charge, to ensure compliance with the defined scope and established frequencies of the aforementioned services.
- Management of layout changes for production, services, outdoor and offices areas, as well as calculating Shop floor utilization and optimization by assigning spaces according to the plant's own needs.
- Waste and scrap management focused on standard and regulatory compliance, including implementation of continuous improvement for process aligned with production and cross functional areas.
- Renewable energy improvement projects, through research into new technologies to optimize resources and promote environmental care, as well as applicable internal and external regulations and guidelines.
- Development of associates through the different Bosch tools to keep associates motivated, according to NOM-035 as well as control turnover and absenteeism in their area of responsibility.
**Qualifications**
- Engineering degree: Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Civil, Architecture or similar.
- At least 8 years of experience in facilities management and maintenance plans
- ** 5 years of experience coordinating directly an Engineering team**:

- ** Advanced English skills**:

- Office skills, **AutoCAD**:

- Leadership, Proactiveness,Honesty, Integrity, Problem solving and Decision making
- Strong knowledge of:

- ** STPS Regulations** (experience and knowledge)
- ** Team Management** (experience and knowledge)
- ** Facilities Maintenance** (experience and knowledge)
- ** ISO/OHSAS compliance**(experience and knowledge)
