Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer role involves responsibilities for directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design, control of tooling, fixtures and equipment, Multitask; Knowledge on SMT, backend process as well on Automated Robotics solutions.
What a typical day looks like:

- Understand the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques and the product.
- Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.
- Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities and yields.
- High level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues.
- Have the capability to independently or together with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge in mechanical assemblies
- Notions in process automation.
- Advanced English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge in SMT (programming, logging), BACKEND, PTH, PCBA, complete assembly process, Pressfit, Depaneling.
Manufacturing "In line" solutions with automotive standards.
- Interpretation of 3D diagrams.
