You are passionate about data.
As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the Customer Success area, leading the efforts to provide the best customer service, improving the conversion times from prospects to customers on our platform.
You will work with the Growth and Product teams to improve and increase the placement of mortgage loans.
We need people with a culture of experimentation and a fail-fast mindset.
**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience leading Customer Success or Commercial teams.
- Experienced on HubSpot.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar.
- Implementation of dashboards with BI tools.
- Communicate ideas.
- Motivate the team to achieve company goals.
- Obtain business conclusions with data from dashboards.
- Work in multidisciplinary teams / Team player.
- Proactive.
- Growth mindset.
- Receive feedback effectively.
- Work based on goals.
- Nice to have: experience in the Finance industry; experience as a software Back-End Developer.
**Responsibilities**:

- Be accountable for credit placement goals.
- Own the information reflected in the CRM.
- Generate reports for Growth and Operations areas.
- Interpret the data to identify problems, and suggest solutions to improve flow optimization.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Tech teams to build business conversion measurement dashboards and suggest cross-company improvements.
