**Position Overview**

HRPV is seeking a **fully bilingual**/fluent English phone agent representative to join our team of immigration, bankruptcy, criminal, etc.

There is no legal knowledge experience necessary.
**Qualifications**:

- Fully Bilingual - Fluent in speaking, writing and reading English (90%)
- In Office position - Live in Guadalajara or near the city.
- 6 months or more similar positions (airport, call center, telemarketing, etc.)
- High School Diploma.
- Unfinished degrees are welcome too
- Basic Computer Skills - Proficiency in MS Office.
**Activities**:

- Nonaggressive sales - Not seasonal - No sales campaigns
- Legal Documentation Assistance.
(No litigation)
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Provide updates to customers

**What we offer**:

- Base salary 12k - 14k free from taxes

- Monday to Friday (8 hours shift)
