**Position Summary**:
Responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment from order entry to billing, in addition to providing support to MEAU customers, regional sales personnel and field service technicians.
Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders; timely, professional communication; and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
First point of customer contact for general inquiries on list price, product availability, order tracking.

**Customer Service Duties**
- Handle customer calls, answer questions regarding shipping status of orders Provide Customer Relations with Sales Channel.
- Create and process customer returns.
- Process customer orders on a daily basis.
- Monitor order status and expedite delivery as required.
- Maintain customer sales order files.
- Assist special projects as needed.
- Word processing and spreadsheet work as required.
- Perform other job functions as assigned.
- Control and manage ISC in Salesforce.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Supervisory/Management Responsibilities**
- None
**Essential Education, Skills and Experience**:
- Business Administration / International Business degree or equivalent in work experience
- 1-3 years' experience in a customer service and posting sales
- Good telephone personality and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, i.e.
enter data while communicating on phone
- Accurate data-entry skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficient stress management and working under pressure
- Ability to exercise discretion to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in database and order entry systems (i.e.
SAP)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English/Spanish)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Computer proficiency - knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Detail orientated
- Intermediate bilingual skills English/Spanish
**Beneficial Education, Skills and Experience**:
- Knowledge of SAP
