Bim Manager

**Requisitos**:

- Conocimientos de sistemas constructivos
- INDISPENSABLE Ing.
Civil o Arquitecto (titulado)
- 2 años de experiência en Revit
- Lectura y Comprensión de ficha técnica planos y manuales
- Manejo de software: Revit Estructural, Autocad, Office
- Tener equipos de trabajo a su cargo

**Responsabilidades**:

- Implementar y liderar la correcta implantación y uso de la metodología BIM
- Coordinar a todos los equipos y conseguir que todos los agentes implicados cumplan los estándares estipulados
- Desarrollar Modelos Revit tomando como referencia los criterios planos y diagramas realizados por la gerencia de Ingeniería.
- Colaborar con distintos modeladores para cumplir con los objetivos colocados por la dirección de Ingeniería
- Cotejar catálogos de conceptos con el modelo Revit para verificar que los alcances a cotizar sean los correctos
- Proponer y coordinar la definición como implementación y cumplimiento del BIM
- Crear y hacer el seguimiento de los estándares BIM
- Apoyar el trabajo colaborativo y coordinar el equipo de diseño de proyecto
- Gestionar el modelo y los procesos BIM

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Sueldo: $26,000.00 - $27,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno matutino
