We invite you to join our great team as: Operations Engineer (Windows Server|Cloud Solution)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years IT technology Windows, Citrix and VmWare
- Intermediate to advanced
- Coordination and Management skills with team members
- Experience in VMware vSphere, Hyper-V technologies
- Experience in Administering Microsoft Windows operating Systems and Services such as DHCP, File & Print,
- Experience in Managing and administering Server Hardware (DELL/HP/IBM)
- Knowledge/Understanding Azure IaaS Infra Components
- ITIL V3/V4 Processes
- Basic Network topology and protocols knowledge
- Oversee wIntel (including Hypervisors like vMware and Hyper-V) and Citrix support team to provide the expected services to the end users, validate performance metrics, productivity and tickets follow up according to the agreed SLAs
- Provide early warning to the CEMEX IT executives regarding degrading or missed service levels
- Be the main point of contact in case of incident escalations in the related infrastructure
- Be responsible to validate and confirm Infrastructure changes in the related technologies
- Maintain and or improve collaboration between the team members and other services areas
- Regularly recommend strategies to improve virtualization levels
- Recommend and Implement strategies to improve server efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventories information
- Close collaborate with the Cloud Operations team to identify improvement areas
