**General Information**:

1. Proporcionar un servicio amable, profesional, eficiente y flexible siguiendo la Política

de Normas y Procedimientos de Rosewood Mayakoba.

2. Revisar la bitácora para organizarse en su área

3. Presentarse en su área y presentarse con el gerente en turno de cada centro de

consumo (en caso de que esa sea su área).

4. Limpiar minuciosamente su área antes y después del cierre de cada centro de

consumo

5. Estar totalmente familiarizado con todos los servicios e instalaciones ofrecidas por el

hotel.

6. Tener un entendimiento cuidadoso y conocimiento del departamento Áreas Públicas y

de todo el departamento de Ama de Llaves

7. Asegurarse que el lugar de trabajo y el área que le rodea se encuentra siempre limpio

y organizado.

8. Limpiar todas las instalaciones, mobiliario decoración

9. Reportar cualquier daño o avería al supervisor realizando su Job correspondiente,

para darle seguimiento al reporte.

10. Realizar todas las obligaciones de limpieza asignadas por la Jefa de Áreas Públicas.

11. Trabajar en áreas relacionadas como restaurantes, lobby, vestuarios y pasillos del

huésped, así como en áreas de base incluyendo vestuarios de personal, baños del

personal y bodegas

12. Asistir la petición del huésped y resolver sus dudas con cortesía, puntualmente en el

curso de su turno.

13. Tener conocimiento de todos los procedimientos de limpieza de Áreas Públicas como

son Job, secuencia de servicios, manejo de químicos, equipo de operación, uso de

carrito de golf y uso de equipo de protección.

14. Limpieza y surtido de bodega del área asignada

15. Realizar proyectos asignados.

16. Estar presente y activo en la sesión de entrenamiento proporcionada por el hotel

17. Mantener todas las áreas del Hotel limpias y ordenadas.

18. Conocer y aplicar todos los estándares: Rosewood, LQA, Triple AAA, Forbes,

Preverisk

19. Conocer y dominar el uso de maquinaria para la operación de áreas públicas, como

es: Hidro lavadoras, aspiradoras, barredoras, lavadores de piso, pulidoras etc.

20. Tener sentido de urgencia y proactividad.

21. Conocimiento y dominio de SOP (Limpiezas de áreas, Radios, Manejo de llaves

maestras)

General

1. Entender y cumplir rigorosamente las reglas y regulaciones establecidas en las

instrucciones del manual de empleados y en la política del Hotel sobre incendios,

higiene, seguridad y salud.

2. Usar el uniforme y nombre correctamente en todo momento.

3. Mantener un alto estándar de aspecto personal e higiene en todo momento.

4. Mantener una buena relación de trabajo con los compañeros en el lugar de trabajo y

con todos los departamentos.

5. Atender y contribuir a todas las reuniones de personal, programas de entrenamiento

de departamento y del Hotel y otras actividades relacionadas.

6. Encargarse de cualquier tarea y deberes secundarios asignados por la Dirección.

8. Ser consciente para minimizar costos en cuanto a mal uso de blancos, provisiones de huésped y sustancias químicas

Obligaciones ocasionales:
1. Ayudar a realizar el inventario mensual de equipo de operaciones.

2. Realizar cualquier otro deber y responsabilidad si es asignada.
