**Job Description**:
**Job's primary purpose or contribution to the department or organization.**

Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture of industrial or commercial products by performing of the different duties required.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities. Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals.

Manager, Duties:

- Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
- Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
- Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
- Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.
- Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
- Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- Analyze production reports.
- Supervise the lists of materials, tools and equipment needed.
- Check purchase orders for materials, tools and equipment.

The marginal duties and responsibilities (performed occasionally or at irregular intervals) for this position are:

- Audits
- Kaizen events

**Qualifications**:
**List the requirements below that are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully accomplish the essential duties of the job.**
- Bachelor’s degree: Engineering, Business or similar.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position
- English (90% spoken and written).
- Knowledge of SAP software Manufacturing software; MS PROJECT management software; MS Excel spreadsheet software and MS Word processing software.
- Experience: In Inventory Management, ERP System.
- Valid US Visa.
- Willingness to Travel
