Ui/ux Designer

Overview:
As a member of the development team, you will be actively participating in designing and building world-class solutions. As part of the UI/UX design team, you will collaborate closely with our VP of Product Engineering defining and executing design principles and good practices.

**Responsibilities**:
Among other responsibilities, you will be called upon to:

- Close cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers and Product Designers (Canada & Mexico) to ensure a full understanding of the user needs through user research
- Close collaboration with UI/UX design team in Canada & Mexico to ensure professional and modern UI/UX solutions are to be deployed
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user-flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts
- Contribute to UI/UX design patterns definitions and good practices. Ensure they are well implemented among the development team

Qualifications:
**What do we require**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or related field
- For Computer Science (or related), a probed record designing user interfaces and experiences
- For Graphic Design (or related), a probed record developing software solutions
- Posses at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in designing frameworks such as Design thinking, Double diamond or others
- Proficiency in designing and prototyping with tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, Microsoft Maquette or similar
- Proactivity and critical thinking are a must.
