Collaboration is key for Xivic, so you’ll also be working closely with our Account/Project Management teams.
This is a remote role with team members throughout North America in Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern
time zones.
We are looking for applicants who are self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. You should have the
ability to see the big picture and ask questions, as well as laser in on details.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working with Account Managers and Project Managers to recommend appropriate marketing platforms,
develop strategies, and effectively integrate campaigns with overall marketing strategy
- Executing marketing strategies & programs for a variety of clients (B2B & B2C) to drive revenue and
increase conversions.
- Understanding how to use various tools and channels, such as web analytics, search engine optimization,
- Supporting daily upkeep project/client health, and specifically multiple web and social media channels
- Analyzing SEO reports, including SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and more;
- Communicating with Account Managers and Project Managers regarding strategies, project status, and
results
- Staying on top of industry trends and best practices and advising team members of new findings,
marketing
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional organization and prioritization skills - will always follow through
- Passion for pitching new ideas
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience - agency experience not needed but preferred
- Experience in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager
- Experience in copywriting
- Experience working in Google Business Suite in a professional environment
- Can work well in an agency environment
- Deadline-oriented
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time and work well under pressure
