We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a **Stellantis Car Leader**, based in our **Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México)**.

As a Stellantis Car Leader you will be responsible to maintain the coordination in the plant of the multifunctional areas: manufacturing/engineering/product, for the current and future programs.

**Your Tasks will be**:

- Assure that the defined product engineering activities being accomplished according to the program stablished times
- Give support in engineering changes that affects the company goals and strategies
- Use the knowledge and experience to propose improvements in the product designs for their manufacturing
- Develop, control, and promote BOM´s, process diagrams and the realization of changes for every engineering changes in the assigned programs.
- Leading engineering changes and design reviews
- Leading the development of the manufacturing process for the new programs
- Compliment to the Quality politics and procedures.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic, Mechatronic or any related field
- Proficient English Level
- Problem solving knowledge
- Manufacture systems knowledge: SMT
- Previous experience in the automotive electronics industry of at least 3 years in similar positions (product, launching, leader of the programs)
- Quality systems knowledge
