Como People Experience Operations Manager en SEE, participarás en la gestión de servicios de Recursos Humanos con un enfoque centrado en la diversidad e inclusión, abarcando la administración de datos de la fuerza laboral, la gestión y reporte de sistemas de información de recursos humanos (HRIS), la contratación, la administración de beneficios y las relaciones diarias con los empleados. En este rol, tu tarea es no solo garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente de los procesos, sino también fomentar un ambiente de trabajo inclusivo y diverso, haciendo que la gestión de recursos humanos sea una experiência dinámica y emocionante. ¿Por qué te necesitamos?
Construir credibilidad y confianza entre los empleados. Resolver inquietudes de los empleados con compasión, un enfoque sistemático, documentación clara y seguimiento.
Planificación estratégica de necesidades a medio y largo plazo del departamento y, en general, del headcount de la planta.
Colaborar estrechamente con líderes de diferentes departamentos para ofrecer asesoramiento en recursos humanos en diversos aspectos, como retención de empleados y relaciones laborales, con el objetivo de impulsar la salud organizativa.
Colaborar con el asesor legal interno y, cuando sea necesario, con asesores legales externos para garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral y corporativa a nível federal, estatal y local, brindando orientación a los gerentes para mitigar proactivamente el riesgo para SEE.
Consultar y asesorar sobre la planificación de sucesiones, revisiones de talento y apoyar el ciclo anual de planificación de méritos.
Colaborar con el departamento de Nóminas en tiempo y forma, para garantizar el pago a nuestros colaboradores de manera efectiva.
Gestionar proveedores de servicios (efectividad, licitaciones, conflictos).
Desarrollar y hacer seguimiento de métricas apropiadas para evaluar el rendimiento organizativo de manera sistemática y garantizar el logro exitoso de objetivos, al tiempo que utiliza datos de referencia para comparar el rendimiento de clase mundial, identificar brechas y proponer soluciones de recursos humanos que respalden los objetivos comerciales dentro de las políticas y estrategias de SEE.
Mantener un equilibrio en las relaciones laborales, resultado del trabajo con el comité sindical local y el comité nacional, buscando el beneficio común. ¿Qué habilidades necesitas para tener éxito?

Inglés avanzado conversacional - C1/C2 (no negociable).
Experiência en cualquier herramienta de gestión de RH (Success Factors, Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, etc).
Conocimiento de la Ley Federal del Trabajo, INFONAVIT, FONACOT y su aplicación.
