**Requerimientos**:

- Experiência de 4 a 5 años gestionando equipos de desarrollo de software.
- Licenciatura en informática, tecnología de la información o un campo relevante preferido.
- Conocimiento práctico de metodología ágil, técnicas y marcos, como Scrum y Kanban, para ofrecer soluciones.
- Experiência en todas las ceremonias de scrum.
- Experiência en liderazgo y gestión.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- **Inglés conversacional.**

**Agradable tener**:

- 1 o 2 años trabajando como desarrollador (cualquier lenguaje de programación)
- Tener VISA para poder cruzar a EUA.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Salario: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
