The DYADlaw Intake Specialist will be a passionate advocate for Immigration and Immigrant Rights. This position will be responsible for interviewing clients to gather client information needed to file thier immigration case. Additionally, this role will input and maintain the clients profile and personal information in the companies CMS.
**Responsibilities**
- Call clients to complete their initial client intake questionnaire
- Input and maintain client information in CMS
- Collaborate with team members on missing intake dara and follow-up with clients to gather info
- Maintain client records in firm CRM
- Review and validate form information with clients
- And various other production/ administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
- Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Must be organized and analytical
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and related software.
- Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize and discern what is important, including sense of urgency
- Recognize the need and uphold confidentiality at all times
- Ability to get high speed internet, and a quiet place to work at home
- Ability to work independently and complete a set of tasks.
- Associates degree required in related field.
- 1 - 3 years experience in an administrative or similar position.

**Pay**
$12K MXN
**Schedule**
Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT

**Objectives by Level (copy from Case Specialist (Assembler))**
Level 1 - $16/hour
- Assemble cases prior to legal team review.
- Review case documents, letters, and other forms.
- Update and organize cases in the case management systems
- Contact clients for missing information and/or documents
- Review client evidence and documentation
- Review evidence list and cover letter
- Review immigration-related correspondence
- Review filings for court and/ or USCIS
- Review and validate form information with clients
Level 2 - $17/hour
- Working knowledge in **basic** functions of case management systems
- Evaluate, prepare and review case documents, letters, and other forms.
- Review client evidence and documentation **with mínimal errors**:
- Review evidence list and cover letter **with mínimal errors**:
- Review immigration-related correspondence **with mínimal errors**:
- Review filings for court and/ or USCIS **with mínimal errors**:
- Review and validate form information with clients **with mínimal errors**
Level 3 - $18/hour
- **Demonstrates understanding of all functions** of case management systems
- Audit case documents, letters, and other forms.
- Review client evidence and documentation **with no errors**:
- Review evidence list and cover letter **with no errors**:
- Review immigration-related correspondence **with no errors**:
- Review filings for court and/ or USCIS **with no errors**:
- Review and validate form information with clients **with no errors**
Level 4 - $19/hour
- Train new hires in all functions of case management systems
- Train new hires on how to prepare and review case documents, letters, and other forms.
- Train new hires on reviewing client evidence and documentation
- Train new hires on reviewing evidence list and cover letter
- Train new hires on reviewing immigration-related correspondence
- Train new hires on reviewing filings for court and/ or USCIS
- Train new hires on review and validate form information with clients
Level 5 - $20/hour
- Lead Case Specialist; main point of contact for department
- Audit and identify issues in case assembly processes and provide suggestions for improvement
- Implement new processes when additional legal services are incorporated into the firm.
- Successful completion of legal certification in one or more related fields.
Pay: From $12,000.00 per month
