Hotel Planner is the leading global online group travel services firm with operations in more than 6,200 worldwide destinations. The firm is a leader in online group RFP procurement, travel logistics, online group reservation processing, site selection, destination management, and event promotion. Under the Hotel Planner brand and over 3,000 other leading websites, the firm serves the largest online group travel network in the group travel industry.

**Activities**:
- Handle 100% inbound leads; customers call with questions about potential bookings. Your responsibility is to convert and secure the booking.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with responsiveness and commitment at the core of your process.
- Calls are received 24 hours a day, with peak times from 7am EST to 10pm EST.
- This is a remote position.
**Requirements**:
- Computer with a minimum of 4GB of RAM
- Internet with Ethernet connection
- Audio headset/microphone
- Advanced conversational English (C1 level)
**Experience**:
- Call center experience (at least 1 year) preferred
**Pay**:
- Pay is based on your performance. The more efficient and better service you provide, the higher your commissions will be.
- Actual amounts can vary depending on your sales performance and call demand at the time you sign in.
- Our top agents make between $50,000 - $60,000 pesos a month.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
