**NUEVA OPORTUNIDAD DE CARRERA - GERENTE DE INGENIERIA**

**PLANTA APODACA - DIVISIÓN E-SYSTEMS**

**Objetivos**:Asegurar el uso de los recursos, tecnicos, humados financieros y las instalaciones de la planta para lanzamientos de nuevos productos, ejecucion sin fallas en terminos de calidad, entrega y costo en las revisiones de ingenieria de los programas asignados a la planta de manufactura. Del mismo modo coordina y ejecuta las actividades de mejora continua y reduccion de costos.

**Funciones Claves del Puesto**

1. El gerente de ingenieria de lanzamientos es responsable de elaborar el plan de capital de cada proyecto de lanzamiento.

2. El gerente de ingenieria d elanzamientos coordina la preparación inicial de los documentos para las aprobaciones de gasto a capital (PAR / Pre PAR).

3. Responsable de la administración y control del gasto del programa a traves de TIS "Tooling Information System"

4. Prepara, administra y mantiene el "plant manning", actualizado para cada uno de los proyectos de lanzamiento en la planta.

5. Responsible de definir, controlar y mantener la distribucion, "layout" de la planta.

6. Administra la información y recursos para asegurar que el equipo de planta instala y libera un sistema de manufactura robusto que sigue los lineamientos de ingenieria, calidad, asi como las politicas y procedimientos.

7. Asegura que se desarrollan metodos adecuados, instrucciones de trabajo y ayudas visuales para el metodo de manufactura de modo que se asegure la calidad, salida y la eficiencia del sistema de producción.

8. Asegurar que la maquinaria y equipo necesario es entregada e instalada para cumplir con la capacidad de proceso requerida, de acuerdo a los procesos y el diseño del sistema de manufactura.

9. Administra, revisa, monitorea y controla que las inversiones y gastos para la implementación de los cambios de ingenieria, este dentro de presupuesto.

10. Coordina todas las actividades relativas a la implementación de cambios de ingeneria.

11. Asegura el uso de las herramientas y procesos para la implementación de cambios de ingenieria
- CMTS, QIE, etc.

12. Coordina al equipo multifuncional de planta, para la eficaz ejecución de las transferencias de productos de un area de la planta a otra, asi como los movimientos interplantas.

13. Define, realiza proyectos de mejora continua en la planta.

14. Dar seguimiento a la implementación de las oportunidades identificadas en los talleres de reducción de costos, con ingenieria, materiales, costeo y calidad.

15. Coodinar a nível planta el seguimiento e implementación de los projectos globales de reducción de costo.

16. Es el responsible de mantener los sistemas de producción.

17. Elabora y monotorea el plan de desarrollo para el personal de ingeniería de la planta.

18. Implementar la política de seguridad de la información de LEAR y Apodaca.

19. Realizar los cambios necesarios en la Política de seguridad de la información de Apodaca de acuerdo con los diferentes clientes de la planta según la Política de seguridad de la información de LEAR.

20. Asegurar que todas las acciones y procedimientos estén completamente implementados para cumplir con la Política de Seguridad de la Información de LEAR Corporation.

21. Asegúrarse que todas las actividades realizadas en Planta Apodaca cumplan con la política de seguridad de la información de LEAR.

22. Proporcionar canales de comunicación apropiados a los empleados, proveedores de servicios, contratistas externos, etc. sobre la Política de seguridad de la información.

23. Proporcionar capacitación continua sobre la seguridad de la información en la planta, así como la conciencia inicial para los nuevos empleados.

24. Conocer la documentacion bajo su responsabilidad en el Sistema de Control de Documentos, como Procedimientos, Diagrama de Procesos (Turtle Process) entre otros.

**Educación**:Grado universitario a nível licenciatura / ingeniería.

**Habilidades**:Bilingue español / Ingles / Aleman, manejo de equipo de computo Ms-Office, habilidades para la resolución de problemas / conocimientos generales de sistemas de manufactura.

**Experiência**:5 años o mas en las areas de ingenieria, calidad o manufactura.

**Formación**:ISO/TS, Manejo de Presupuestos, Manejo optimo de SEM, Lean Manufacturing, Técnicas de reducción de costos y Sistemas de Producción. Requeri
