Team overview and job responsibilities

_Direct engineering activities related to tooling and equipment, facilities, processes, flow layout, labour standards, in support of all plant functions to satisfy customer’s requirements and insure continuous improvement. He has responsibility and authority comply with all activities related to quality and EMS (environmental management system) should with _
- IATF 16949:2016_
- standard and ISO14000._

Job responsibilities
- Guide and direct mfg. Eng. In evaluation, estimation and development. Of processes, tooling, equipment, and labour requirements for new or changed products. Guide and direct Mfg. Eng. In acquisition of new equipment and tooling. Guide and direct Mfg. Eng. In assuring and improving process capabilities of overall process. Guide and direct subordinates in efforts to continually improve productivity, quality, safety, and reduce costs._
- Guide and direct Mfg. Eng. In evaluation, estimation and development of processes._
- Guide and direct subordinates in maintaining, integrity and assuring accuracy of date base labour routing/BOM, information._
- Provide guidance, direction, and support to operating teams at all levels._

Interview, select and recommend applicants for departmental positions
- Develop career advancement plan for subordinates; work with Human Resources department to provide required training._

- Bachelor Degree_
- Minimum 10 years managerial experience in a Manufacturing Environment._
- English 100%_
