**FEATURE LEAD**:
**Principales Responsabilidades.**

Un feature lead es responsable de proporcionar liderazgo, dirección técnica y supervisión a un equipo que ofrece soluciones tecnológicas. Las responsabilidades clave del rol incluyen el desarrollo de soluciones y procesos para la entrega de características basadas en su conocimiento de patrones de diseño/arquitectura y prácticas Agile/DevOps. Esta función garantiza que el diseño de los sistemas y los requisitos estén alineados para lograr los resultados empresariales deseados, y que las prácticas del equipo y los principios de codificación/calidad estén alineados para lograr los resultados tecnológicos deseados. Han acumulado una experiência significativa a través de múltiples implementaciones de software y han desarrollado tanto profundidad como amplitud en una serie de competencias técnicas. Un líder de características es un colaborador individual de un equipo.

**Creación de la solución correcta**
- Diseña, desarrolla y es responsable de la entrega de características, como colaborador individual.
- Aplica las normas de la empresa para el diseño, la codificación y la calidad de la solución.
- Garantiza que la solución cumple los criterios de aceptación del producto con una deuda técnica mínima.
- Es responsable de los elementos de cumplimiento y seguridad y del apoyo a las auditorías a nível de equipo.
- Actúa como enlace para las actividades/problemas de producción.

Planificación y ejecución del trabajo
- Trabaja con el Propietario del Producto para asegurar que los requisitos/requisitos del producto son saludables, con claros criterios de aceptación.
- Guía al equipo en el desglose y la ejecución del trabajo.

**Tutoría del equipo**
- Desempeña un papel de líder del equipo (como un contribuyente individual) y es mentor del equipo.
- Orienta a los miembros del equipo con habilidades y prácticas (planificación y estimación, revisiones por pares y otras prácticas de ingeniería).
- Identifica las carencias de habilidades y funciones y trabaja con el Director de Tecnología para resolverlas.
- Trabaja con el Director de Tecnología en la creación de planes de contingencia de recursos cuando sea necesario.

**Experiência**
- 5+ años de diseño de aplicaciones empresariales robustas y escalables con diferentes arquitecturas, patrones de diseño, tipos de interfaz y tecnologías, utilizando estándares de código y seguridad y mejores prácticas

- 5+ años de experiência en gestión de proyectos End-2-End
- Capaz de enfrentarse a altos ejecutivos regionales en México
- Experiência internacional
- Dominio del inglés como segunda lengua
