Overview:
We use advanced carbon/graphite, silicon carbide, alumina and zirconia materials to engineer lightweight, low-friction bearings and seals. **Responsibilities**:
Aim Job position:
Supply the S&B GBU with the resources requested for the execution of its processes, complying with the specifications of: Quality, delivery time, technical characteristics, best cost; through various strategies that ensure timely availability to avoid delays in processes.

Main responsibilities:

- Receive and manage input requisitions until delivery to the requesting area; through quotations with different suppliers, draw up comparative tables, liaise with the supplier and the requesting area to review technical specifications, negotiate preferential prices and payment terms, or otherwise establish open orders that allow immediate availability.
- Build a portfolio of suppliers and make it grow steadily and gradually, in order to have a wide offer that allows access to preferential prices.
- Hold follow-up meetings with requesting areas to review the status of the requested inputs, so that they can be supplied in a timely manner. Prepare statistical consumption reports to facilitate the management of products and services and review this information with the requesting areas.
- Manage registrations, cancellations and changes related to suppliers of products and services and adhere at all times to Morgan's policies to eliminate the risk of fraud or misconduct by any employee or manager of the plant.
- Immediately report any deviation from Morgan's policies that could affect the company's image or assets, with respect to interactions with suppliers and third parties.
- Manage invoices related to payment to suppliers for products or services that have been supplied. Oversee adherence to fiscal requirements in accordance with Mexican law.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience at the same job position at least 4 years
- Intermediate English level
- Negotiation skills
- Excel advance
- Knowledge of maxima, mínima and reorder points
- Supplier development
