Experience
- University degree in (bachelor degree in business, engineering or related).
- Professional Experience (7 - 10 years) in similar position
- Technical knowledge Energy generation or transmission business knowledge ideally, but not mandatory, experience in projects of continuous improvement or other utilities related to power plants.
- Languages, at advance level of English
- Soft Skills (Strategy thinking & analytical, strong negotiations abilities, ability to take ownership, result orientation).

Your responsibilities (Elaborate in bullet points of the main functions or activities of the position)
- Develops and implements commodity strategy to ensure project bottom line achievement.
- Prepares and conducts negotiation with pooled, local, and international suppliers to obtains the highest feasible saving and total cost.
- Responsible for lead, prepare & execute the RFx Process.
- Identifies procurement risk, opportunities and market forces to avoid potential damage/exploit potential opportunities through risk and change management.
- Performs supplier management to obtain and develop the best suppliers and to ensure and optimum supplier database.
- Ensure implementation of procurement standards, regulations, and guidelines.
- Preparation of supplier contract & support of supplier, performance gaps and or/claims.
- Responsibility to comply and /or enforce the protocols, police, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS/Quality).
