**POSTULER À CET EMPLOI**
In this role, you’re a member of the Sandvik Coromant Global Business Process & Technology team. You play a key role in process discovery, improvement, implementation and coordinating our objectives for sales and operations excellence, while working in a global team supporting the implementation of business processes. You are responsible for the execution and implementation of Global Customer Interaction processes and platforms, to support Operations and Front line sales focusing on Customer Experience.
Within the designated business process area you will:
- Participate in system evaluation, contributing with business process knowledge
- Participate in systems development with evaluation of solutions
- Document current business processes and suggest improvements
You also work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and knowledge of the process and systems within the sales operation's teams and front-line sales. You take ownership for the execution and implementation of customer interaction processes to support sales and operational roles and stakeholders - a key objective to secure its completion per defined scope, timeline and deliverables supporting our strategy and future state objectives.
Other important responsibilities:
- Supporting and enhancing new improvements for Omnichannel & Knowledge Base
- Execute development, piloting and implementation activities according to the vision and strategy in order to drive the future roadmap
- Drive change management
