**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Located in Toluca Plant, MX, you will be a key part of our North American Center of Commercial Excellence responsible for supporting large independent distributors and OEM customers in the US.
- You'll be working with the North America Center of Commercial Excellence, supporting Gates US operations and Gates Mexico.
- This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will ensure that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders timely and coordinating with other functions as required.
- You'll be an individual contributor.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Entering customer orders in Oracle accurately and within established standards
- Monitoring the touchless order dashboard daily and remove system holds to progress Customer orders to the Distribution Centers for fulfillment.
- Supporting key accounts by proactively escalating shipment delays and acting as the primary point of contact regarding escalations, scheduling and shipping.
- Supporting Customer Chat channel
- Initiating & expediting production as needed to meet customer requested delivery dates.
- Assisting daily operations as needed.
- Customer Portal Management.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Full proficiency in **English.**:

- BS/BA **Degree required**.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with other teams and senior-level executives.
- ** 2 - 4 years' experience**in** Customer Service** preferably with a multi-national company
- Strong communication abilities.
- Oracle is a plus.
