**Primary Location**:Mexico (MX) - Coahuila IJD Saltillo

**Function**:Factory Engineering (CA)

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Analyze systemic problems regarding the quality of parts, problems in the assembly of the tractor and find out the root cause.
- Create problem paretos, improvement graphs and trend indicators, as well as work as a team with other departments.
- Prepare daily information for results meeting.

**What Skills You Need**:

- Drawing interpretation, GD&T.
- Core Tools, problem analysis under 8Ds methodologies, Ishikawa, 5 why?.
- Investigate and resolve systemic assembly problems.

**What Makes You Stand Out**:

- Microsoft Office, excel and power point.
- Communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

**Education**:

- Industrial engineering, mechanics etc
