Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager, you will advise the decisions that optimizes the flow and storage of material into and out of the plant supporting production. You will efficiently manage the material and human resources alienated to the happiness of the internal and external customer in order to balance supply and demand to meet business advised targets for service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own the functional areas of receiving, shipping, and inventory assurance.
- Responsible for insuring efficient layout of warehouses to optimize storage and minimize labor costs of material handling.
- Interact directly with Production, Customer Service, sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, Technical, and other Supply Chain and Operations teams.
- Responsible for inventory levels and inventory accuracy reported materials to site.
- Build a strong and efficient work team that supports through leadership and competence development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent with 3 years’ experience in warehouse management /operations, operations planning.
- A solid understanding of, ERP type processes, analysis tools and current computer systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
