1. RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
Analiza, Ordena, Recibe, Almacena Y Distribuye Todo Tipo De Materiales De Producción, De Intendencia Y De Oficina.

1. Recibo físico y en SAP de órdenes de compra Mexicanas, Americanas y su distribución a requisitor.

2. Verifica los materiales recibidos (cantidad, etiqueta de aceptación de Inspección de recibos, Hoja de datos de seguridad e identificación), los coloca en lugar asignado y alimenta la información de recibo en SAP.

3. Distribuye material al personal autorizado para obtener dicho material del almacén.

4. Asegura que se siga el sistema del primero en entrar, primero en salir y maneja las excepciones a ese sistema que sean autorizadas.

5. Preparación en general de auditorías de Calidad y Ambientales.

6. Lleva el control electrónico del inventario en SAP.

7. Organiza la transferencia de materia prima y material de re-uso de una planta a otra.

8. Realiza inventarios Cíclicos de materiales y del almacén en general cuando sea requerido.

9. Mantiene cantidades de material diverso a la mano de acuerdo con los níveles establecidos y lleva el record de materiales que se requerirá abastecer (Análisis de Materiales).

10. Mantiene el control del Inventario de la Materia prima de desecho (no peligrosos).

11. Mantiene el área de almacén organizada y limpia en todo momento.

12. Es responsable por la carga y descarga de materiales contenidos en los camiones.

13. Organiza el correcto manejo de Sustancias peligrosas en área de Almacén.

14. Control del inventario de Residuos peligrosos (llenado de Bitácoras) y su almacenamiento, preparación y carga para envío a centro de acopio o disposición final.

1. Traslada materiales en los vehículos de la empresa de una planta a otra.

2. Da seguimiento a los requerimientos del programa de seguridad C-TPAT aplicables a su proceso.

4. EDUCACION, EXPERIENCIA Y ENTRENAMIENTO REQUERIDO: Número de años de estudio y específicamente el tipo de entrenamiento y experiência.
Educación: Secundaria/Técnica/y/o experiência en posición similar
Experiência: 3 a 6 meses
Entrenamiento Básico: Inducción (beneficios, políticas de la Empresa, Reglamento int. De trabajo), Procedimientos aplicables a su proceso, documentos aplicables a su proceso, Medidas y/o equipo de Seguridad ,conocimiento en ISO/14000, Manejo de sustancias peligrosas, Manejo adecuado de equipo, Uso de Montacargas, Conocimientos Básicos en paquetes computacionales, y correo electrónico.
5. CONOCIMIENTO, DESTREZA Y HABILIDADES:
Buena visión, capacidad de rápido aprendizaje, análisis de información y datos, paquetes computacionales como Word y Excel, trabajo en equipo.
6. NIVEL DE RESPONSABILIDAD Y AUTORIDAD PARA TOMA DE DECISIONES: si aplica, especificar número de empleados a su cargo, responsabilidades de presupuesto y supervisión, volumen de ventas, etc.
Para funciones rutinarias toma sus propias decisiones, se dirige a su supervisor para asignaciones no rutinarias o especiales
7. REQUERIMIENTOS FISICOS, DESCRIPCION DE CONDICIONES AMBIENTALES DE TRABAJO Y USO DE EQUIPO DE PROTECCION PERSONAL. Favor de ser especifico
Requiere habilidad de poder estar sentado, parado, caminar, doblarse, empujar, y jalar.
Normalmente se requiere realizar actividad física de moderada a pesada.
Se requiere levantar y cargar pesos hasta de 20 kilogramos.
Se requiere el uso de bata de trabajo, zapatos y faja de seguridad.
Condiciones típicas de almacén con exposición a uno a más elementos tales como el polvo, frío, calor y humedad.
