Translation Project Coordinator

Language Link, a Northwest‐based translation and interpretation company, seeks experienced project coordinators to work as remote employees in full-time, limited duration positions. The anticipated work period is from early October until early February. We will require work on evenings and weekends as needed, which may include holidays, and we expect the workload to be lighter toward the beginning and end of the employment period. The anticipated schedule can vary based on the project needs and can include an average of 40+ hours per week during the height of the project. We are searching for talented, highly motivated people to join our team. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

**Compensation Program**:
Hourly wage of $6.00-$10.00
Pay based on experience

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in coordinating fast paced projects, including resource allocation and collaboration,
maintaining and adhering to project schedules and timelines
Facilitate relationships with vendors and all members of the localization team
Quality assurance checks of returned translated material based on strict documentation and
guidelines

**Education and Experience Requirements**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, time management, organizational, prioritization, and planning skills
Knowledgeable with the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Outlook) and Adobe PDF
functions
Experience working and collaborating on problem solving in a team environment
Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast‐paced environment
2‐3 years experience in project or program management
A strong desire to drive customer success and satisfaction
Experience coordinating multi‐faceted, complex projects or programs
