We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an inbound call specialist.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to think quickly and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred, although not necessary
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology is a plus, although not necessary.
