**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Toluca Plant, you will be Export Analyst.

In charge to prepared all the paperwork to make the finish good shipments from Toluca. Service level due to high levels of service, delivering the right products at the right time, in the specified amounts and at the lowest cost.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Follow up on orders, deliveries, invoices from customers, ASN process.
- Returnable package control management
- Responsible of demand and forecast in the system
- Management of work orders, jobs and production controls for OE
- Keep OE inventories on optimal level
- Communicate timely, accurate and updated with the customer.
- Managing the OEM customer demand, inventory targets and routes of delivery according to their needs.
- Prepare documents necessary for the correct product shipment and follow-up to delivery to the customer.
- Develop proper documents necessary for export of products.
- To coordinate with the carrier and the broker for delivery of the product to the customer.
- Having a 100% OTP, comply with regulations of the customer and ensure a trouble-free operation.
- Optimize inventory levels of Finished Product OEM
- Comply with Quality Standards and Company Policies
- All key controls are in place and if they were audited internally or externally, will ensure that the outcome of these audits will be successful without exception or deviation known.
- Recommend corrective actions to get the standards.
- Reviewing Exports paperwork

**ARE YOU DRIVEN BY POSSIBILITY?**

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2 - 4 years of similar experience
- Keeps self-control in hard situations
- Bachelor's degree in international commerce, logistics or industrial engineer
- 90% English
- Familiarize with automotive portals (GM, Ford, VW, Daimler, Nissan)
- Elaborate paperwork for OE customer shipment.
- Invoicing and ASN´s process
- Skills: Customer focus, teamwork, problem solving, decision making, accountability, responsibility, strong proficiency with Excel, ERP, proactive and fast learner
