**What You Will Do**:
This position manages multi sites with a team of experienced professionals and supervisors in Planning / Scheduling, Logistics, Import/Export, Warehousing, Material Handling, Matls SIOP. Ensures performance of critical KPI's, which includes, inventory management, customer delivery, production scheduling, and cost management. Leads and develops a team of professionals to ensure compliance to the KPI's. Understands forecasting and capacity constraints utilizing monthly Sales Inventory and Operations planning. Sets objectives and guides others on execution/approach for achievement of operational goals. Problems faced are difficult and involve consideration of multiple variables. Explains policies, practices, and procedures and influences others.

**Qualifications You Must Have**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering fields.
- English (advanced)
- Knowledge about ERP systems (SAP R/3)
- Excellent Microsoft Office computer skill
- Advance knowledge on lean/materials principles
- Communication skills, strategic thinking, focus on results
- Management & organizational skills
- Ability to take decisions under time pressure, self-motivated
- Team worker, focused on internal and external customer
- Experience in working with Health & Safety regulation
- Project management abilities

**Qualifications We Preferred**:

- Minimum of 7 years with 10 years within Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics
- Aerospace or Automotive industries
- APICS certification
