Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, is looking for a Visualization Intern to improve the visualization of dates and times. The Visualization team is a small but experienced group of people who work on some of the most visual aspects of Wolfram Language. As a Visualization Intern, you will be improving the handling of dates and times in visualization functions by adding support for time zones and overhauling the display of dates and times on date axes.

**Responsibilities**
- Extending date visualizations to account for and control time zones
- Identifying and implementing various alternatives for labeling dates along axes

**Required skills**
- Strong mathematical ability
- Basic familiarity with Wolfram Language or similar programming languages
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Good attention to detail

**Preferred skills**
- Advanced knowledge of Wolfram Language
- Familiarity with date/time libraries
