Purpose
The Instore Training Analyst is responsible for designing and creating personalized training for our in-store merchants in Mexico to promote overall adoption of Kueski Pay in-store.
This role is responsible for understanding our different verticals, profiles and characteristics of our merchants in order to deliver strategic training which include creative commercial, pedagogic and structural elements.
Key Responsibilities
Makes sure our merchants receive five-star training and are ready to offer Kueski Pay at POS
Develops, implements, and iterates on training strategies to deliver growth and positive experience for sellers
Formulates training plans with the power to turn sellers into Kueski Fans
Trains our internal team in charge of promoting Kueski Pay at POS
Monitors seller satisfaction to investigate both positive and negative feedback trends
Establish improvement plans and manage expectations with CX and Ops teams to deliver a plan that guarantees a sustainable and constant training adapted to the high turnover of sellers in storesIs aware of product changes and works ahead on training updates
Designs different training models according to each profile and industry
Continuously measures the success of the training to make sure the seller is being successful in promoting Kpay
Improves trainings to reduce reactive efforts in POS through educational materials and updated action plans
Anticipates and has clarity about the specific questions enterprise merchants have regarding Kueski Pay and adapts the training to each one of them
Formulates personalized training by verticals, location, tickets size
Position Requirements
3+ years of retails sales experience, including experiencing training sellers and/or sales teams
Strong industry knowledge of payments including credit and eCommerce solutions
Problem-solving passion and service orientationAbility to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication and people skills
Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Demonstrates ability to analyze, using data to drive decision making
Ability to execute on plans and projects with mínimal resourcesBachelor’s degree required
