** STATEMENT**:
**DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Level II**:

- Act as the 1st point of contact for user incidents & service requests for collaboration tools
- Take ownership of service incidents/requests and liaising with other GTS teams to resolve and manage user expectations.
- Create and maintain accurate and concise ticket updates/knowledgebase documentation.
- Maintain and oversee installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of end user collaboration tools.
- Build the service reference architecture mappings of the legacy, standard and future state of the collaboration tools portfolio.
- Creating and managing SharePoint sites, including site structure, navigation, and content organization.
- SharePoint governance: Understanding SharePoint governance policies and best practices can help ensure that your SharePoint migration meets compliance requirements and aligns with organizational goals.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels. Create and manage user accounts, assign permissions, and ensure proper access controls are in place.
- SharePoint add-ins: Knowledge of SharePoint add-ins to extend SharePoint functionality and to meet specific business requirements.
- SharePoint online administration: Manage and deploy SharePoint online solutions.
- Troubleshooting and Monitoring
- Data migration and synchronization between storage systems in the cloud.

Job Qualifications:
**Skills Required**:

- Expertise in working with various cloud storage platforms such as Box, Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, Microsoft Azure Storage, or Dropbox. Understanding of the features, capabilities, and limitations of these platforms.
- File System Architecture: Understanding of concepts such as file hierarchies, metadata management, data replication, access control, and data integrity.
- Data Migration and Syncing: Should have experience in data migration and syncing between cloud storage systems. Should understand best practices for transferring large amounts of data securely and efficiently.
- Troubleshooting and Monitoring: Should have strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues related to cloud file storage systems. Should be familiar with monitoring tools and techniques to track system performance, detect anomalies, and ensure high availability.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, SharePoint API, and SharePoint administration is necessary.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Sharepoint 2010 is a must, Azure generals, and SQL Server.
- SharePoint Administration: Should have a strong understanding of SharePoint's architecture, features, and administration tasks. Should have knowledge of document libraries, lists, pages, and workflows, and be able to customize and optimize them as needed.
- SharePoint migration tools: Familiarity with third-party migration tools such as Metalogix, ShareGate, and AvePoint can help streamline the migration process.
- SharePoint customization and Flows: Familiarity with SharePoint Designer 2013/2013, InfoPath, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow.
- Familiarity with Sharepoint Migration Tool (SPMT)
- Analytical Skills: Should have strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues during migration.
- Project Management Skills: Should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to work independently.
- Communication Skills: As a SharePoint migration engineer, you will be working with various stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and end-users.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- English language spoken and written is required.

**Experience Level II**:

- 3+ years in administering multiple collaboration tools and providing end-user support.
- Must have several at least 2 years of experience working with SharePoint, including experience with SharePoint migrations

**Education Required**:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
