**Responsibilities**:
**What will you be doing?**
- Ensures at operational level support processes oriented to end user for LAB across the region
- Develops governance processes and key metrics to ensure compliance and consistency for Executive Support capabilities oriented to cover VIP users requirements.
- Manages directly vendors and coordinate other IT teams to provide timely solution.
- Ensures the implementation of CTO continuous improvement process driving proofs of concept.
- Runs pilots E2E and new capabilities testing related with CTO services.
- Provides feasibility for transformation objectives and alignment with IT transformation agenda.

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- +3 years of experience as processes leader / IT support coordinator
- Experience with desktop, end-user, and videoconferencing tools
- Experience in Agile methodology acting as product owner, scrum master, or agile coach (desirable)
- Knowledge of User Experience design (UX)
- Experience in RPA processes implementation
- Experience or formal knowledge about the Digital Transformation journey
- ITIL foundations V3 experience or certification required
- Requirements/Business Analysis
- Incident Management experience
- English fluency (mandatory)
- International experience in worldwide multinational enterprises
