**Position overview**

Your internship begins with a ‘OneMSCI Orientation’ which gives you a perfect foundation for the summer ahead as you learn about our culture, values and business model. Your learning continues ‘on-the-desk’ as you work with a team of engineers to design, build, test and deploy the next generation solutions for the financial sector. Working through real-time projects you will experience how every team plays a role in meeting our clients’ goals. You will have a network of talented and approachable colleagues who will support and guide you through every stage of the program.
**Your key responsibilities**
Engineers work as part of a team to solve problems and build innovative software solutions. Technical program managers are responsible for and involved with each stage of product and feature development
**Desired experience and qualifications**
- Required: Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field and due to graduate in December 2023 or May/June 2024
- Required: Proficient in time management and completing software projects within a collaborative team environment.
- Required: One year of programming experience in an object-oriented language or scripted language.
- Desirable: Ability to demonstrate an understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
