Jd Electronic Engineer

**OBJECTIVE**:
Under Indirect Supervision, it executes activities that require knowing and managing fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of its area of Engineering specialization, such as: Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.

**General responsibilities**:
Possesses and applies a wide variety of Techniques, Practices and Procedures within his area of Specialization that allow him to Solve Complex Projects and Problems that require Analysis and Initiative Capacity with a Minimum of Supervision.

You can carry out activities, such as: Planning and Programming of Activities and Resources; Analysis (Methods and Measurement, Machinery, Maintenance, Materials, etc.); Design (Products, Processes, Equipment, etc.), Project Management and Control (Quality Control, Process Control, etc.)

Maintains the Standards of Operation (SOP) and Policies of the Engineering Function of the Organization.

Can Supervise Personnel (Engineers -C- and/or Technicians). Conducts Performance Evaluations of Subordinates and Recommends Pertinent Development Plans.

**Specific Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and lead the introduction of new products, receive, and follow up new product documents, Do as the contact window with customers in product technology.

Responsible for new project management, schedule control and manage, build report prepare and track, Overall evaluate the output of the new product rate, lead the NPI team to solve the building issues in time.

Lead the NPI team to overall review the new products and provide the proposal for cost down in design for manufacturing (DFM), test optimizing (DFT).

New product documents handle, component spec, EO, RoHS statement, electronic part approval, material part number creation, product BOM preparation, Alternative material evaluate and approval.

MRB handling.

Responsible for guiding and solving major abnormal problems in the production process

Complete other work assigned by superiors.

**Minimum requirements**:
Bachelor degree or above, major in applied electronic technology, electronic information engineering or mechatronics

At least 5 years working experience in new product introduction (NPI) of consumer electronics, medical or audio product working experience is preferred.

Knowledge leading the introduction of new products from Kick off to mass production.

Proficient in using CAM350 and PADS software, office software

English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. (80%)

Solid professional knowledge of analog and digital electricity, Familiar with commonly used electronic and mechanical parts, Able to understand product circuit diagrams and assembly documents

Rich experience in optimizing products test and manufacturing processes, mainly achieving products with low cost, high quality and long service life.

Serious and responsible in work, rigorous and meticulous, with good team awareness and communication skills.
