Logistics Analyst

Job Description:
Monitors the performance of third party service providers against agreed contract and service agreement (e.g. balanced scorecard) to ensure expectations are met. Maintains warehouse buildings, equipment to meet Diageo health, safety and environmental standards Manages inventory in the warehouse covering FIFO, slow moving inventory, damages, stocktaking, rotation and CARM (Controls Assurance and Risk Management) to ensure efficient operations and inventory integrity. Drives quality standards across sourcing units, third party re-packers and national distribution centres to ensure integrity of the product. Effectively utilises returns processes to execute day-to-day transactions quickly and efficiently. Coordinates the finishing process which includes managing all resources associated with Value Added Packaging (VAP) and recurring reconfiguration projects to support service target. Manages product traceability to be able to track and recall product in case of incident. Researches and identifies potential industry best practices to integrate into Diageo Optimizes the rack and warehouse layout configuration to ensure the effective use of storage and product movement. Understands and applies warehouse enablers (security, bar-coding, RFID, SAP, Auto-store WMS) to ensure effective management of warehouse. Manages and controls pallets including their invoicing to maximize quality and reduce cost
- Inventory Record Accuracy level 1 & 2 on target 3 pl´s agreement, across the network
- Warehousing operation (Inbound, outbound and Vap´s processes).

Capabilities required
- Completed Engineering (degree).
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Business performance management.
- Advanced Inventories Knowledge and auditory processes
- Governance/Policies & Procedures
- Advance Excel domain, particularly: pivot tables, macros and formulas
- at least 3 years in a similar Position as a coordinator of distribution´s centers mainly in a massive company goods
