Especialista Ehs

As an Enviromental Health and safety (EHS) specialist you will design and ensure the implementation and compliance with Mexican Standards and corporate policies and strategies in the field of Environment, Safety and Industrial Hygiene. You will report to the corresponding plant leads.

**Main Responsibilities.**
- Bring safety strategies for accident/incident prevention at the plants.
- Guide internal audits for the different cells and customer lines reporting.
- You will ensure legal compliance at the plant.
- You will have accountability to lead the MOC programs, Incident Investigation, Behavioral Programs.
- You will coordinate strategies for sustainable development with the different teams.

**Qualifications.**
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 3 years working in Chemical Industry or Manufacture.
- Technical Knowledge of Mexican Legislation in EHS, Industrial Hygiene, industrial safety in chemical processes, emergency response, root cause analysis.
- Intermediate English skills.
