**Responsabilidades**:

- Coordinates the execution of the end-to-end record to report process for the Company in Country.
- Ensure the company financial statements are reported on time, with accuracy and posted in the right timing under the IFRS rules in USD and Local Functional Currency.
- Monitor Account Payables transactions, aging, KPI´s, including DPO.
- Supervise other corporate processes like Balance Sheet Review, monthly variations review, design of accounting side in Local Business Projects, etc.
- Billing conciliation & billing tax compliance
- Ensure compliance with local accounting in legal books, and government requirements
- Direct the preparation of statutory statements and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Support Internal and External Audits
- Perform Accounting and area opex budget and monitor results.

**Requisitos**:

- Accounting degree.
- 7 years of experience in accounting or External audit firms
- Demonstrated strength in interpersonal communications, critical thinking.
- Proven ability to problem solving, identify key issues and root causes, and propose solution alternatives.
- Expected to exercise sound judgment and operate in partnership with Country, Corporate and SSC Teams
- Experience on local tax needs & requirements
- Fluent English.
- Previous experience in IFRS and local GAAP
- Knowledge of country local taxes
- ERP implementation
