Job Description Summary Fabricar corazones de acuerdo a los estándares de calidad cumpliendo con las expectativas del cliente Moldeo, siguiendo todos los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo descrito en cuanto al proceso de fabricación de manufactura.

**Job Description**:

- Mantener orden y limpieza en el departamento cumpliendo con el sistema de 6's, para lograr mantener cero accidentes e incidentes en el área de trabajo de los operadores.
- Cumplir con los requerimientos del programa de producción establecido en tiempo y forma a la línea de moldeo.
- Cumplir con el llenado de registros de producción en tiempo y forma junto con las auditorias por nível
- Mantener el objetivo de soplos por hora al día junto con los cambios de caja.
- Cumplir con las capacitaciones de su personal junto con los de la supervisión.

Required Skills and Education
- Lograr los objetivos del GMP
- Asegurar el % de rechazo interno y externo de acuerdo a presupuesto
- Disminuir Rotación y Ausentismo
- Participación activa en la mejora de 6S del área
