Logistic Coordinator

**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Coordinates Flow of finish goods ensures all products are shipped and delivered on time to our customers and is responsible of the traffic of goods using expertise in customs and regulations for inbound and outbound shipments. Is the key contact between planning and internal parts. Contact carriers and provides weekly shipments schedules with detailed information about pickup and delivery, delivery appointments and contacts
- Creates shipping documents and assigns information to track every shipment from the factory to delivery location. Keeps track of deliveries and informs customer and planning. Main contact between carriers and Calexico warehouse

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Bachelor’s degree international business, foreign trade or similar (professional title) - 3 years of experience in a similar logistics or customs. 80% English, spoken and written
- Excllent communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Knowledge in Customs Compliance and regulations USA-Mexico-USA- Works well under pressure
- Urgency sense
- Customs System (anexo 24) - preferable
- Maquila experience - Preferable
