Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Coordinación y ejecución de obra
- Control de insumos y rendimientos de mano de obra
- Manejo de personal técnico interno, de contratistas y

mano de obra
- Control de avances de proyecto
- Elaboración de planes de trabajo y programas de obra
- Interpretación de planos y toma de decisiones dentro

del proyecto
- Interpretación de pruebas de laboratorio, hermeticidad,

etc.
- Control de calidad de los trabajos
- Control de los alcances del contrato

Experiência y requisitos
- Licenciatura en arquitectura o ingeniería Civil,

Industrial o afín.
- Conocimientos de manejo de paquetería Office
- Mínimo de experiência de 5 años en el puesto
- Conocimiento de procedimientos en Obra Civil
- Conocimiento en construcción de pisos industriales,

muros tilt-up, concreto y estructuras metálicas.
- Conocimiento en instalaciones.
- AUTODAD - 90%
- OPUS - 50%
- REVIT - 80%
- EXCEL - 70%
- MS PROYECT - 70%
