**Senior Electrical Test Engineer**:

In this position, you will provide assistance in testing and verification activities on a range of assignments. In this role, you will be in charge of executing testing activities for low
- and medium-complexity systems, subsystems or products, according to schedule and in line with quality and safety guidelines.

**This position reports to**:
Production Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Developing your leadership skills by guiding and supervising technicians and less-experienced peers.
- Preparing project test documentation and providing technical assistance during installation of test objects.
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals for engineering projects.
- Following work plans and cost estimates to ensure high-quality and timely implementation within targeted cost.
- Helping with risk and opportunity assessments and reporting any issues for resolution.
- Maintaining a strong presence in the engineering industry, working with a network of engineering professionals, and disseminating knowledge and best practices across projects.
- Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (mechanical electrical, mechatronics, electrical automation or related).
- Knowledge in DMAIC methodology - 5's - Greenbelt, Core Tools (PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience.
- English Advanced Level.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
