**About The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the agency's social media profiles, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Provide sales support by assisting in the development of sales materials, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.
- Assist in website maintenance tasks, including updating content, images, and other multimedia elements using content management systems (CMS).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the media industry.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and partners as needed to execute marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, webinars, and other promotional activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Previous experience or internship in marketing, advertising, or related field (experience in a media agency is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and social media management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and deliverables.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
