We are looking for a Software Automation Developer Intern to contribute with the heavy workload attributed to automating CI pipelines, packaging and delivering Intel products.
- Advanced proactive and team player skills.
- Strong communication skills.

**Qualifications**:** Minimum Qualifications,**
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:

- Active student in Computer Science, Information Management/Systems, Mathematics, or related field (remain as an active student for at least 1 year).
- 6+ months of experience in Linux and/or Windows OS (Preferably both).
- 6+ months of experience with Linux and/or Windows command line (Preferably both).
- 3+ months of experience Git/GitHub version control.
- 6+ months of experience working on Python and/or shell scripting (Preferably both).
- Willing to work in mornings (CST), this position will be interacting with other teams in Europe and Mexico.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
- Have a legal permit to work in Mexico.
- The position is located in Mexico, it is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship.

**Preferred Qualifications,**
- Familiar with the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Familiar with Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) automation tools. (jenkins, github actions)
- Cloud Native Technologies (K8s, Docker, Containers, VMs).
- Intermediate Debugging and Automation Development skills.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
