Skills you must have: -You must have a relevant educational background, such as pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. -You must have a strong understanding of fundamental programming concepts and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web services (REST/SOAP). -You must have a solid understanding of core Java concepts, object-oriented programming (OOP), and Java frameworks. Hybris is built on the Java programming language, so familiarity with Java is essential. -You must have database knowledge: Hybris integrates with databases to store and retrieve data. Familiarity with database concepts, particularly relational databases like MySQL or Oracle, will be valuable for interns working on Hybris projects. Skills we value: -Problem-Solving Skills: Interns should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug issues independently. -You should be eager to learn and have a proactive attitude when it comes to tackling challenges. -Communication and Teamwork: Good communication skills are important for interns to collaborate effectively with other team members, including developers, business analysts, and project managers. -You should be able to articulate your ideas, ask questions when needed, and actively participate in discussions. -Hybris Knowledge (preferred): While not necessarily a requirement, prior knowledge or experience with Hybris can be advantageous. It demonstrates a familiarity with the platform and can help you ramp up more quickly on the project. -We will value your ability to conduct critical reviews of our team's processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
