**Role and responsibilities**
Enrollment experience Managing devices through Intune
Configure and implement device policies, security settings, restrictions and configurations.
Implement and manage security updates and patches.
Manage enterprise-class mobile device management solutions. Manage customer requirements, escalations and disruptions and coordinate with partners as required.
Troubleshoot enrollment, configuration, software, operating system, and patch installation issues.
Work on Incidents, Tasks and resolve within SLA Intune - Service Management

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Remote - Mexico: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
