**Como **Supervisor de Manufactura **serás responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes de producción cumpliendo los estándares de calidad solicitados por el cliente.**

**TUS TAREAS SERAN**:

- **Asegurar la ejecución del plan de producción.**:

- **Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos y estándares de calidad.**:

- **Administración del personal a su cargo: directo e indirecto.**:

- **Mantener un ambiente de trabajo sano y motivado.**:

- **Control de ausentismo y rotación de personal.**:

- **Mantener un entorno mejor organizado a través de la aplicación de 5 S's.**:

- **Solución de problemas operativos y laborales**:

- **Administración los materiales y equipos a su cargo.**

**PARA TENER ÉXITO EN ESTA POSICION, NECESITARÁS**:

- **Ingeniería industrial, Administración o afín**:

- **2 años de experiência como supervisor de Manufactura; indispensable en industria Automotriz arnesera**:

- **Conocimientos en sistemas de manufactura, planes de producción, sistemas de calidad y 5´s**:

- **Habilidades en solución de problemas, manejo de conflictos y excelentes habilidades de comunicación**:

- **Dominio de KPIS del área**:

- **Nível de Inglés basic**
