Buscamos a un **Service Designer** quien nos ayude a realizar investigación con el objetivo de utilizar los aprendizajes y plasmarlos en el diseño de servicios y productos digitales.

Se espera que a partir de un proceso de consultoría basado en Design Thinking pueda entender los objetivos de negocio y de usuario para sentar las bases para diseñar productos digitales. La responsabilidad principal consta en la ejecución de actividades y entregables que documentan todo el proceso de consultoría siendo los principales: entrevistas y focus groups con usuarios, investigación de las mejores prácticas de la industria (benchmark), mapeo de Customer Journey, aprendizajes de usuario (puntos de dolor, generadores de valor, insights, arquetipos y Persona Maps), Service Blueprint, diagramas de flujo e historias de usuario.

Este perfil trabajará dentro de un equipo de diseño donde se encuentra un Design Lead y otros Service Designers, un Diseñador UX/UI y una Diseñadora Gráfica. Como responsabilidad secundaria, según el perfil y el nível de experiência, se podrán desarrollar habilidades de Project Management en algunos proyectos, apoyando al Design Lead en la gestión.

**Requisitos**:

- Educación_: Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Empresas de Servicio, Diseño Industrial o similares.
- Conocimientos deseables_: UX, investigación, innovación y términos básicos de desarrollo de software.
- Software: _GSuite, miro.
- Experiência: _1 año en adelante en proyectos de innovación (deseable).
